It’s the worst optical I visit in my life!! The rudest staff ever. Never smile or thank you. Totally disrespectful staff. One star is too much!!!
Quick simple and to the point, went in during my lunch break left before my break was over, they're attentive and helpful and dont waste time like other optometrists
I had an appointment for noon and I was IN at NOON, which was amazing. Dr. Grady was an absolute delight. Making him laugh today was a highlight of my week. I walked out with my prescription in about 20 minutes and I didn't feel rushed or slighted. It was incredibly efficient and I got everything I needed. Highly recommend coming to see them for your eye exams and needs!
The organizational skills of this office is poor. Don't know how they scheduled my appointment and for a certain day and then when I came into the office they told me I was scheduled for another day. Good thing I had a voice message from them showing that I was scheduled the day I walked in. The two younger women have terrible customer service skills, the shorter one basically threw my glasses on the table I even had to check they didn't break. Worst experience ever! Only upside was I received my new prescription eyewear fast but would not have known if I did not ask for them when picking up my son's pair(which he cant use due to them causing a strain on his eyes). I was told I HAVE glaucoma and needed more test done. They canceled on me twice after telling me NOT to miss the appointment.
