I just want to say that I’m not giving a 1 star just because dr Teena Tandon is great. But You really need to hire someone else for front desk the old lady that works there has a terrrible attitude!! She doesn’t even let you talk when you try and explain something, she cuts you off. Her whole Aura and demeanor sucks. At this point she needs to retire if she is so miserable with her job.

If I could give a million negative stars, I would. Dr. Janga and Dr. Tandon have zero compassion to start with. They also gave barely any info as to what the next step was with my grandmas kidney failure until it was too late. My grandma was in the hospital for 2.5 weeks and no one ever gave us a clear answer on what we should do. They strung us along until WE had to do our own research to realize my grandma was in the active stages of dying. Need more stars. I have been a patient about 2 years. The support staff for Dr. Kennedy is the best. I am always greeted with a smile and "how are you doing?" That's customer service at it's best. Dr. Kennedy is amazing, he greets me as if I am his only patient. We always go over my labs. Not that I understand, so he answers my questions, in terms I can understand. Don’t go here because of their unprofessional way of handling a medical office my mother passed away. They never let us know my moms uti was severe until it was too late.
