Doctor Valera is a well educated physician who specializes in treating patients with chronic conditions and other medical issues and has been very supportive and helpful in assisting with all my medical needs including being a very good friend

Hailey the office manager is highly unprofessional wasted my time here for over an hour. Told me to wait an hour to be seen and guaranteed that I would be seen just so they can reschedule me last minute and over the phone. I called off work today just so I can be seen. Absolutely no respect for my time! Would have been more professional if they said the appointment was a phone appointment in the first place! Update: they’re trying to say I’m not even a patient 🤣 I was literally just there and added the photo of my confirmed appointment. This place is funny! So unprofessional and cannot seem to get their scheduling figured out. They cancelled my appointment without notifying me on June 18th. Said they called me and left a voicemail 3 times. I showed them my call log and voicemail record and the email I received on June 20th letting me know my provider was no longer there but not to worry.
