My wife who has a heart issues who has recently had a heart attack was sent out in tears from the front desk who refused to listen to her. My wife was told my the doctor to come in and see them a day after a head injury. Front desk refused to let her speak and treated her with no respect. Works cannot describe how upset I am. Women with a medical issue comes in and is sent out upset in tears.
Dr. insisted that I cease working out due his serious concern. He stated I needed a procedure done and that I'd hear from the scheduling in 5 - 10. It's been over a month. I cannot get a call back from scheduling (5 calls), the scheduling manager (2 calls), the Dr.'s nurse/assistant (2 calls). I guess if I end up dying because I didn't get this procedure at least my spouse will have plenty of documentation of their neglegence.
