I have been trying to make an appointment for my husband for 3 weeks now. When I do get a call back, they transfer me, phone rings and rings and I get disconnected. So Monday morning I will just drive to the office and make his appointment. Just can’t wrap my head around this.

update: Still have not been able to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment after months now. I'm now asking my doctor to refer me somewhere else if possible. I've had one call back with a vmail and I called back over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I've called multiple times to get an appointment over the last few weeks and no one returns calls or pick up the phone.
