My father has a doctor with this group. Since his heart trouble started about 3 months ago, there has been 6 different times that he has called to ask about a problem he was having with arrhythmia, shortness of breath, and fluid build up. All 6 times he was calling to see if his medication needed to be adjusted. No call back any of the 6 times. He finally went to see his GP and was immediately put in the Hospital where he lost 30 pounds of fluid and had a pace maker put in. He now has a different cardiologist.
Endless automated answering and at the end you are not able to live a message. This tells me that you are dealing with unprofessional outfit that is not likely to provide you with good care.
