The lady yesterday said the doctor would call, he didn’t . The lady today called at 7am, refused to even leave a note because it “wasn’t her problem” You’ll get a call from my lawyer.
Dr. Hawaass and Dr. Taal are very informative and excellent doctors and prescribe the right medication to bring my blood pressure down. Thank you
This business as a whole is not about the customer. I waited more than 10 months to get results of a sleep test. When I finally got a hold of someone at their offices they still gave me a run around. When a doctor finally did call me even she was extremely upset at the lack of professionalism. Yet they still have the audacity to charge the full amount of a consultation visit after hearing my complaints. They started out really great, but the past 2 years have been something else.
I had a wonderful experience here! I was skeptical because of the reviews and how packed the waiting area was, I thought that I would be waiting for a dreadful amount of time! I did wait to be called back for about 30min past my appointment time, but as soon as I was called back I was seen and treated right away! The doctor and assistant seemed competent and efficient!
