My dr was Claudio bonemetti I needed to be cleared for a broken knee surgery been a year hasn’t cleared me but had me do all kinds of tests insisted on a pet scan I refused then we found out my insurance don’t cover every visit w him was 3 to 5 minutes tops and not once did he listen to my heart just kept saying everything’s good wasted my time I told him I was having frequent falls did not care when I was going to do my last test treadmill office canceled said I needed a referral from my pcp for him to have me do a test he ... read more
Two stars because the Doctor Zubair Khan was excellent. Scheduling and Billing, nope. Gave them BOTH Insurance cards at the time of service & after multiple calls...im still being billed.. It's taken years to get over 750 credit& now i have a new PT job trying to defend it...
Another careless company with a data breech
4 patients showed up for their scheduled appointments to be told they were canceled (NOT rescheduled, just canceled) and that someone called to advise of the cancellation. No, they did not, no call & certainly no voicemail. The doctors are great, the front desk staff needs major improvement. Stressing out heart patients must be good for business.
