It is absolutely impossible to reach the scheduling/appointments people. They NEVER answer the phone and tell you to press 1 for a call back. Then they NEVER call back. If you have a question or issue about your appointment you literally have to get in your car and drive there to speak to someone. Absolutely unacceptable.
They screwed up my wife's referral, and after almost a week of voicemails, I still can't get anyone to return our calls. Horrible service. We are looking for a different doctor.
Dr. Sheikh made me feel heard and was patient while I explained my recent issues. He was thorough going through my test results, and he ordered additional tests I needed. Dr. Sheikh is an amazing Doc! The staff is super friendly! The front staff is always pleasant, friendly and efficient! They set up so many appointments each day for tests and they always explain what needs to be done prior!
Would recommend to anyone looking for a heart Dr.
