Being profiled by Hispanic staff allowing Spanish guest to cut ppl in line then I have nerve damage and metal in my arm I tell staff not to use this arm but they use it any way no I’m much pain

I am a patient here and have been for over 4 years. My original primary was a God send until she had turned evil. Then my second provider has been trying to lie his way through in treating people like me (teansgender) I have changed to the main provider over there now and will be seeing her the end of May for the first time. Brought a family member for an appointment and she has been waiting for over 2 hours from the time of her appointment They have horrible front desk service very unprofessional and unorganized system they have going on here.
