This place is supposed to help u, but they DO NOT!! I was referred by my insurance as a resource. I waited almost 3 months for my dental appointment & then I was denied my appointment yesterday because my daughter was with me. Was told she cant go into xray area, which is common sense. But that she wasnt allowed to wait elsewhere either. She's not a toddler, shes much older so thats ridiculous she cant sit in a dentist room & wait while I do xrays. They refused to even see me!! Im very disappointed. I scheduled a dental appointment 3 or 4 months ago. Today 5 days before my appointment I received a text message asking to confirm. I called the office to confirm it and they told me that my appointment has been canceled because the provider will not be in the office. When I asked for next appointment date they said only in November. Very disrespectful and unprofessional
Este lugar es de lo peor, la atención por parte del personal de recepción definitivamente es terrible hice mi registro para mi cita esperé 1 hora y hablé nuevamente con la persona de recepción y solo me dijo la doctora está retrasada y al final nunca me atendieron.
Terrible place. The nurse is rude, and the doctor too. This place should be closed down or replace them, I'm upset I won't come here again because they lied and sent a referral for a surgery for her eyes, I felt something was wrong, so I decided to take her to a pediatric ophthalmologist. They told me that her eyes are good, and she can see.
