staff is always polite and flexible as possible. appointments are convieniet and they do they’re best to accommodate you as best and often as they can. i’ve seen multiple providers and Dr Zerenni is my best fit. she is kind, patient, very knowledgeable and treats your as a human not another patient. can’t say enough good things about her herself and the office does there best, if your a mom like me they very much try to help and keep things calm and it’s never an issue! thank you my girls at Phycare!! best regards, sam
Was seen an hour after my appointment time. After my vitals were taken I asked to use the restroom, walked in and immediately walked out. It's like they have never cleaned in there, urine caked onto the rim and pink bacteria growth in the toilet bowl from never being scrubbed. Disgusting.
There was a little bit of a wait and they weren’t able to take our Medicaid but I was still happy with the service. Nurses and doctors were nice. I feel bad that the reviews are so poor for this place.
