I cannot recommend this practice to anyone who may needs a good doctor. I just, I walked away frustrated. I have had GI problems since I was a child, and you'd think there'd be more than just eat 35g of fiber and drink tons of water [which I do drink tons of water, basically a gallon]. Thanks for confirming why I avoid seeking medical help.
