Serious negligence. Called my son 2 hours prior to a colonoscopy to cancel because they made a mistake. Its fortunate that colonoscopy prep is so easy.🤮

You canceled my husband's 8am appt because he was 15 min late, but he was there at 8:05 signed in, he talked to you on the phone at 8am because he couldn't find the building. He was RIGHT THERE, he told you he was next door and he was coming. Unacceptable.

I saw Darren Hill today to go over the results of the Barium Swallow I had done and to discuss futher treatment and how I am doing on the medication Dr Fang prescribed and I am very happy with my visit.
