My wife received hearing aids from this provider and loved them. A few weeks later she was told to come into the office for cleaning and adjustment (that she did not need or request), but was told in order to maintain the warranty that this service was mandatory. The patient purchased hearing aids (HAs) from us. Prior to moving, her HAs were sent for repair. Often times the HA company will send a new pair of the same exact HAs back, & is what happened here. The company sent a replacement set, which we have documentation of. At this time, the patient would typically come in for fitting & reprogramming.
