I've been a renter for Over 30 years. It's very important to have good property management company. I have left good and bad reviews for these companies. Nevada Desert Reality is by far the best. We had a small issue with drains, not draining fast enough, causing some leaks through the plunger In both bathrooms.. I had to move my mom down to Henderson after my dad died and Aubrey did a great job. My mom hadn't been to Henderson in years and had to do a site unseen walk through. Aubrey did facetime with my mom and myself and it was perfect. I did a little homework on the area being that my cousin lives in Henderson and it was exactly what she wanted. This company (Aubrey) went out of her way for my mom and I am greatly appreciative that she went the extra mile. Thanks again and great job!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They will scam you!! After being a great Tennant for 12 months & giving them to issues, the company mislead me & lied about the date my lease ended causing me to leave the property early & now obtaining a lawyer. I receive various emails and calls stating my lease was ending 5/31 turned my keys in a week early and was told everything was in order now 3 weeks later Im send a generic email stating I need to pay for an extra month and the no one at the company will return my calls!
