Dr Hu and Amber are the BEST! i know there is another Sleep Apnea dentist in town but he can never compare to Dr Hu's caring and concern for his patients. Dr Hu went out of his way to become a DOL provider (an accomplishment in itself) to help me and other DOL claimants with Sleep Apnea. His oral device has definitely stopped my snoring (within 6 months, for which, I am eternally grateful)! He stays up with the latest advances and works closely to help his patients. Dr. Hu is extremely intelligent, kind and takes the time to answer all of your questions. In just a few minutes of his diagnostic procedures, he determined why I was struggling with a CPAP device and explained why I would benefit from a dental appliance. Now that I can breathe at night, not only do I wake up feeling refreshed, my health has dramatically improved! Many thanks to Dr. Hu and Amber for helping me!!
Dr. Hu is great. He set me up with a mouth guard for my sleep apnea and it works great. Thanks Dr. Hu. The VA should be using this service more.
I went to my PCP & advised of my self-diagnosed sleep apnea. He suggested I see Dr. Hu. Dr. Hu conducted his extensive evaluation, reviewed my sleep test results and verified my suspicions. Along with my high blood pressure, I was a “ticking time-bomb.” My oxygen levels while sleeping were beyond frightening. I would stop breathing and gasp for air several times a night.
