Husband had an appointment for 10:00AM. At 10:40AM we were still sitting in the waiting room, and husband was told(when he went to the window and asked), that it would be another 30 - 45 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. Front desk SHOULD have notified patients upon signing in that the doctor was delayed and been given the opportunity to reschedule their appointments.
Dr Kelner is a wonderful adoctor he explains everything and is very competent and kind the best in the Las Vegas area

Every person here is wonderful, I bring my handicap brother here every month, they are friendly, helpful and most important they treat him with respect each and every time. The providers are gracious, understanding and never makes us feel bad about having to be a patient.
Everyone in the office was upset because of how mean and rude the office ladies were. They charged me $90 for nothing. Said I would get a cortisone shot and now are making me come back with another copay. Literally no treatment or help. Scam.
