I should have check these reviews before I even went to them When I tell you they have the most inconsiderate rude immature adults sitting at the front desk conducting their business. Talking your personal business while others listen That’s a HIPPA LAW Every time I’ve been there it’s been a problem with their receptionist I almost lost it today because I’m so over the top with the way they handle me as a Patient today was my last day there BYE ✌

Husband had an appointment for 10:00AM. At 10:40AM we were still sitting in the waiting room, and husband was told(when he went to the window and asked), that it would be another 30 - 45 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. Front desk SHOULD have notified patients upon signing in that the doctor was delayed and been given the opportunity to reschedule their appointments.
Dr Kelner is a wonderful adoctor he explains everything and is very competent and kind the best in the Las Vegas area
