If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is a joke. I pay my HOA dues every month and yet, when there is something I need, they aren't there to help. They aren't open on the weekends, so forget receiving any help if you need it. Mona, our manager, is lazy and doesn't seem to care at all about you. When requesting help on a weekend, her response is "It's not an emergency." How is it not an emergency when I'm requesting help for something I've spent my hard-earned money on? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a low-cost company for a reason and they are NOT RESPONSIVE!! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. They MISAPPLIED 5 MONTHS of dues to another neighbor's account and contacted me after 3 months to tell me that payments were not being made on my home! Now, after 7 months, they have transferred 4 of the 5 payments to my account but refuse to reverse late charges due to THEIR ERROR! The worst Management company of all time. Debi Pike is the Manager for our community. Ms. Pike is a devider and lier. She is the reason we now have a law suit against board. Ms Pike is very unprofessional and need to loose her lic. If you could give a 0 star rating that is what t would be
