I made an appointment with Neil and met him for the first time. I had my lady friend with me also. He calmly evaluated all of my GOLD and silver items and then calculated a price. It was in the zone of comfort and we shook hands on the deal. I received a check in minutes and we parted . He even aided me up the stairs because he noticed I required help. I am returning soon with other items. I recommend Neil.
