The office is beautiful - the staff professional, experienced, and very pleasant. Dr. Luth is fantastic! He is very skilled, technically advanced and gentle.
I thoroughly enjoyed my cleaning today. My hygentist was very informative on methods of dental care that I could use to maintain optimal health for my teeth. In doing this, the information was relayed in a friendly and purely educational way. They did not forcefully push anything on me. I saw Dr Heideman this morning. He extracted three teeth, inserted a bone graft and aplied sealants to three of my teeth. The visit was fantastic!!! The office is contemporary and comfortable. The staff are very friendly caring people. They got pre-approval for all of my work and I knew my out of pocket costs then and there. Thay handled all of the insurance issues. Dr. Luth & his staff are amazing. I have always feared going to the dentist, but after having severe mouth pain it was time to go. His office was able to fit me in within 2 hours of calling for an appointment. Both Dr. Luth and all staff members were extremely professional, I felt very comfortable and all of my options for dental treatment were clearly explained. I now look forward to my next appointment and will also be making appointments for my entire family.
I am very fearful of going to the Dentist for ANYTHING. However when I went in for treatment I had the most relaxing experience. The Doctor and assistant talked me thru my anxiety and helped me relax throughout the whole procedure, thank you Dr. Luth & Katrina.
