What can I say about the care I received at Luth & Heideman! Dr. Heideman took care of me and my aching tooth, always making sure I was ok. I never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry to get to another patient. I have not been to the dentist in 3 yrs b/c I was so afraid. Thanks to Lili and Dr. H and the whole Luth & Heideman team I feel truly blessed to be part of their dental family!
Had an appt. and was seen right at that time. Told the hygienist about a couple of concerns and at the end of the teeth-cleaning procedure the dentist saw me immediately to answer my questions. Follow-up appt. was then scheduled for a time within the next four weeks. Could not have had better service.
My Hygenist, Katie, is wonderful! Very informative and helpful with any questions or issues I may have. Very sweet and positive! The office is always welcoming and calm. The doctors are so nice and they always have a smile on their faces. Thanks for always making my experience a great one!
I will be comfortable now to be going to get my teeth looked at. No stress at all. Spencer spoke to me each step he took to take care of me and that made me relax. But watching Fox news was there to back him up. It was great.
The care received from Luth & Heideman is amazing. They actually do what is best for me and my family and not what will make more money for them. We appreciate their service to us and will always continue to go to them and share with everyone we know of how fabulous they truly are as dentists and men.
This place has the most futuristic equipment that aids the UBER PROFESSIONAL staff, so I call it "Star Wars Dentistry". If it's possible to look forward to going to the Dentist this is the place!!
Great office and great doctor. They fit me into a busy schedule and I had a new crown that day. My first one. It wasn't too scary, and I haven't had more than mild discomfort during the healing process. Way easier than anticipated. My insurance doesn't cover the full cost, so I'm paying a bit more than I had hoped, but so far, everything has gone extremely well. I'm recommending him to everyone in the neighborhood.
It was great. Painless. So how come I did not get to pick a toy out of the box? Just kidding.
Everything was explained to me professionally, they were patient with my questions, and I didn't feel rushed when asking them. I think that's super important and Luth and Heideman seem to understand that.
