lost my USB stick, stole my photos and probably still on there computer which they didn't delete. Wasted my paper that I gave them to use, they didn't use gloves like I suggested. Over charged me on prints I could have done myself. Never going back until they return my USB and images. They gave me there own USB to try to make me feel better, how do you lose someones artwork? Unprofessional seek out other printing labs.
