SUPER FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE – Everyone helped me out in every possible way. Being a female I was skeptical about purchasing my first car. They did not play games and worked very quickly to help get me approved for financing. Even though I had little credit they WERE able to get me approved! I am recommended Neuwirth to everyone I know! Please keep up the good work. You Rock!
Service – Everything went fine, it just took a long time to have my brakes replaced. I think that they need to hire more people. The people they have now are awesome, just usually over whelmed with work. They are always super kind, just slammed. I guess that what I get for going to a good place.
Crooks or Totally Incompetent? – We were having problems starting our 2002 Dodge Caravan, and bought it into Neuwirth Motor's to have it checked out. We were told that battery acid had leaked out and damaged the engine wiring harness - cost to repair $3100. After several days debating whether it was even worth repairing, we decided to take it to another repair shop to get a quote.
