Awful experience. After 10 years of abuse, I am done with Neuwirth!!! There are much better options in town. I have been ripped off for the last time by this company.
At the end of August, I purchased a new jeep from Neuwirth Motors. Within days of my purchase, I had to bring it back to the dealer because of a serious issue with core functions of the vehicle failing to operate correctly. It's now been 2 months as of this week since that purchase - the last two weeks of which my vehicle has been sitting in the service department. On June 6th I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord from this dealership. On Aug 3rd, 2019 I had an appt for 2pm for my 1st oil change. I was told by Mark that the Rock Solid warranty that came with the car included free oil changes. So I drove almost 2hrs from where I live to get this oil change. I check my car in with Russ and he said that it was 2 cars ahead of mine. I said ok and leave. I called at 4:30 to check the status of my car. The customer signed all documentation showing what the warranty coverage was which did not include oil changes. She was offered them in the F&I office but declined. We provided all this info to her when she came in. We will be glad to forward all documents to you if you need to confirm.

Neuwirth, where you come LAST! I bought a new Jeep Liberty in 2009 from Neuwirth Motors in Wilmington NC. It was supposed to come with full size spare. The sticker and paperwork confirmed this. I noticed a week later that it was a donut and called the dealer. The dealer refused to give me the full sized spare I paid for until I called and wrote Jeep Corporate. Rude Service Manager To have such a strong moto, they certainly don't portray it. The service manager was absolutely rude. I'm not sure if it was because I'm a woman or he hates his job- either way he shouldn't have a job with a company that puts so much emphasis on God & Family.
Nice and Happy Dealership! Purchased my used Jeep Wrangler from Neuwirth Motors on College Road and had the best car buying experience of my life yet! They were very friendly, proffesional, easy to talk to, and honest. I have sent multiple family members and friends to see them.
RUDE! I bought a dodge ram in Hickory NC and brought it back to Wilmington. I paid them Neuwirth $89 to look the vehical over. They looked it over and gave me a list a mile long. When i ask about the Warranty left on the truck they informed me it was Highly modified and not under warranty. I then took it to another mechanic that looked the truck over for free and informmed me that the list i had been given was not accurate and showed me the repairs that needed to be done and they were not even on the list of repairs neuwirth... read more
