thoroughly unimpressed with the salesman shawn Hagedon at the used car lot.. went to look at a used truck today and he was very unprofessional with his sales tactics. when I brought up some minor issues with the truck he told me they would sell it to someone else who isn't worried about those issues..
We have purchased many vehicles there and always had great service before and after the sale. From sales to service, we have received excellence. We highly recommend you check them out.
Update. Make sure to fully inspect your car before driving it each and every day. Didn't honor bumper to bumper because of a dent/scratch on top of my car. that "could" have caused a cheap plastic trim piece to fall off :/ (sad they may have lost a would be long term customer over a $50 part that should be warrantied) went in for an oil change, great experience. i recently got winter tires installed elsewhere, and it triggered the tpms senors and the tire place didnt reset the light because "i had an aftermarket alarm/keyfob... read more
So so thankful for an amazing hometown dealership!!!! Neuville Motors in Waupaca and Dan Tischendorf rescued me when my car wouldn’t start at Shopko, and sent me on my way with a loaner so they can look at my car in the morning and see what’s going on. ❤️🚗
