DRMTLGY is the worst company that you can deal with as customer, I pre ordered from them 6 moisturizers, they lied to me reporting my order as “shipped” but never sent it to the carrier, I contacted them and they told me that they had flagged my order because I was planning to resale their product, I told them that it was for personal use, and they said that if I wanted the order I needed to send them a picture ID!
