I had the Neutocrete system applied to my crawl space May 2017. The crawl space is cleaned up now but after 5 months of curing it's still not dry, mold has grown and it's smells musty. Additionally and very Unfortunately, now all my floors above the crawl space are all cupped and cant be repaired unless completely sanded and refinished. I had this Company inspect my basement and I put a down a deposit of $3,097. I chose another company because I trusted them more to do the project and I'm glad I did. Since then, I've requested my deposit back and they said it would take 3-4 weeks to process. It's been 2 and a half months and I haven't received my deposit back. For the record, this company didn't start the basement at all and their excuse is that they bought materials with the money I gave them for the basement.
