staff are rude and unbelievably unprofessional ..some of the most mean, nasty, unfriendly people I have ever met...pure evil. Dr. Knowles is the most kind,caring and gentle man, but those women manipulate and walk all over him...FYI some of his clients will be getting a call very soon, seems like the staff doesn't like a lot of people, no surprise... and since they act like the run the place ... you will be having to find another vet....they are all a bunch of liars and bullies....

We have been patients here since he opened up the business. I just love the whole staff, they are always helpful when you need them.

I know these doctors have a wonderful reputation, and after finding out Dr. Natalie Shelton was there, I called again this morning to see if they were taking new patients (I've called periodically over the last 10 years and am always told they aren't taking new patients). This is very disheartening, as I have three dogs and would love for them to be seen by Dr. Natalie since I knew her while she was growing up.
