Staff are all very nice but Jennifer (who handles the eyeglasses) is AMAZING!!! So very, very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and patient! Is very prompt at responding to calls or emails. She is a great pleasure to deal with
Neurovision Whitbys team made me feel seen heard, and most of all understood. Every step of the process was met with kindness, and a disposition that induced calm into a anxiety ridden situation. I simply cannot sing their praises enough! I highly recemend this office for anyone with anxiety around doctors and those looking for answers due to head trauma or any other complex vision problems.
Hey everyone, I would like to share my experience going to Neurovision. Service is great staff are amazing... Chow is you are a wonderful woman you are very talented educated what you do you are very knowledgeable . I came here from a referal from my family doctor related to incident concussion im very happy with the result she takes her time she's organized ,answers all your questions and concerns.
