Have to admit when I started the process at Neurotherapy of CS it seemed a little like smoke and mirrors. And, nothing really noticeable happened for a few months. This review is a bit long, but worth reading if you are considering this clinic and are dealing with insomnia, anxiety, depression, obsessive tendencies, or chronic stress. Neurofeedback is not a cure for individual symptoms. When you are working with the brain, it is more of a system-wide therapy, which means improvements often show up across multiple areas as the brain normalizes.
