The staff never returns calls. Supposed to have surgery and they can’t take the time to discuss with you, especially when you have to let your job know details!! Should have stayed away from Scott and White. Much better when affiliated with St. David’s!!
I came to Dr. Burnett after a failed fusion from another doctor and him and his entire staff was great. He did the surgery to fix everything on June 7 and sitting here today, I can honestly say that I haven't felt this good in 2 years since all of the issues started. Thank you everyone!
Dr Waldron is very nice as is his staff. Very short wait and even though he took his time and answered all of my questions, I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.
Thank you SO much Dr. Burnett & Lanora Ramos for all of your help!!! I went from the point of near death, or it felt that way, to truly enjoying life again after my L5 S1 fusion...and it has only been a little more than 6 months Post Op. Getting ready for Tokyo in 2020, hahaha! Extremely Qualified, Excellent Care & Compassion...PRICELESS!!! I am forever grateful���. Wishing you all the best...
I cannot say enough good things about everyone at NeuroTexas (from office staff to the surgeons). I severely injured my back and Dr. Fox had me in the OR the same day as my office visit. He and his associate Dr. Web stayed late to complete my case 3 days before Christmas. The surgery went great and I am feeling awesome. Thanks y'all!
