I genuinely have an endless amount of positive things to say about NeuroStim TMS At Bellevue. TMS treatment has changed my life. Coming into treatments, I was cautiously optimistic. Therapy, psychiatry, medication has all failed for me or left me with serious side effects. From the first TMS treatment, I immediately felt my brain fog disappear, I immediately became more attentive at work, more present in my personal relationships, and more motivated to take care of myself in my daily life. The staff was consistently kind, patient, and thorough—from the first consultation to the final visit—and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a team this professional and genuinely caring. Easy parking and great coffee just made the experience even better.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk and billing team were very helpful when it came to having to appeal my insurance denial. They were upfront about the costs and assured me I would be covered at least for the consultation which was very helpful. the team at NeuroStim is AMAZING i love them so much. they were caring and understanding of my anxiety and made it such a nice experience despite how nervous i was going in. which, side note, you don't need to be! this is like the most medically low key thing ive ever done. the most intense thing about it was getting it in my calendar (HUGE shoutout to Kennedy for handling that, and to the team as a whole for being so flexible with my ADHD lateness struggles. this wouldn't have been possible if yall hadnt been SO on the bal... read more
Had my last session yesterday and am looking forward to seeing the full effects in the coming months. It has been successful so far in interrupting my anxiety ruminations and making daily life "clearer". The staff, though, are what made the process actually something to look forward to. I loved talking to "the ladies" and felt taken care in the questions they asked and the care they took in giving me my treatment. Thank you!
