The staff at Neurostim's Bellevue office are caring, empathic, understanding, and comforting. My 6 weeks journey with Julia, Kennedy, and all the girls really was amazing. They really took their time with me in all my sessions no matter who was performing the treatment. Jess the provider there has such warm and comforting hugs and really saw me and my struggles. I know that I'll be fine if I ever need more sessions because I'll be in their hands. Thank you
First of all, you need to know that this is NOT an invasive therapy- they use magnets so you are completely safe! The sessions are completed in less than 15 minutes. And the staff is incredible! They answer all questions and explain everything in as much detail as you want! They are professional and knowledgeable, and most of all they are friendly! The Bellevue team was absolutely amazing! I was brand new to TMS and they made it a comfortable experience from the start! I did this in a season where my wife and I just had a baby, and the team was so so flexible, allowing me to change appointments to be present with my family.
