I tried to make an appointment here after a recommendation from my primary care doctor. My memory is effected by my condition and the scheduler was SO rude to me when I couldn't remember the name of my doctor... including the first name. I tried to explain to her that I coudn't remember and she told me that I couldn't be seen without a referral (which I had in hand-- just suffering from my sypmtoms for which I was trying to be seen!!)
