Hi, All! I used NeuroSky, BrainLink (based on NeuroSky), Emotiv Neuroheadset, and Muse. Currently my Team and me are developing Art-neuro app which will develop well-tuned Brain and will tune it via perception stretching. You need to interact with images and optic illusions. I was very interested in the NeuroSky products, but could not get anyone to respond to me. I emailed, posted in the Support forum, and tried messaging through Facebook with a simple question about the best product for me to initially purchase. Five days have passed with absolutely no response and that is enough to tell me all I need to know. Don't expect any support if you purchase from this company. I got the mindwave mobile model, and have unsuccessfully tried to pair it with three different devices. This was very disappointing, considering the reputation NeuroSky holds I would not recommend this product. #fail
