This place is open earlier and later, so I had an after 6pm appointment which was odd, but I was grateful. The building is being renovated so there were a couple times while parking under the building we had navigational issues having to go up a few floors in 1 elevator and then take a freight elevator back down to the 1st floor. I had an appointment for a CT and an MRI. They were putting together on the same day so I didn’t have to make double trips then they called me and said their CAT scan machine was down so if I wanted to reschedule both of them so I rescheduled them to do them together a week later I get there. They only have me doing the CAT scan. I understand somebody making a mistake, but when the people look at jingle, oh well, you’re gonna have to reschedule and then she calls back to the back and says well I don’t know if she missed the ... read more
I like the more detailed reports you get from NSI. But you don't have access to the actual films in the app like UCI. This may be a deal breaker for me.
I have to tell you about my visit to NSI. I was recently in a car accident in which my head was tossed around vigorously. I needed an MRI immediately to see the extent of the damage. I was told to go to another imaging office but they couldn’t get me in for at least a month. I then called NSI and they were also overbooked. Apparently a hospital in the area has just closed and both locations were overwhelmed with appointments. Do you know how frightening that was?
