I have had two hearing assessments for industrial hearing loss over the past 5 years at neurosensory Cleveland. On both occasions I have been extremely happy with my results and outcome. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years and the process in purchasing new aids with neurosensory Cleveland has been a very easy and educational process. Do not recommend, although staff were friendly the test results were completely wrong. My ENT looked at them and he said the results indicated that I should be pretty well deaf when I am not. ENT told me never to go back there.... Also took admin 1 week and 2 phone calls later to email me the results
