I was about to book an appointment here bcoz it is closest to me but based on the latest negative review and upselling tactics trying to sell overpriced hearing aids when people don't even need it is very concerning. I better go to some other Audiologist with morals and professionalism!!
I was referred by my ENT specialist for hearing tests with Fay Braganza, Audiologist. After the tests were completed, Fay presented a range of hearing aids for me to view. I had understood the referral was simply for testing so the specialist could determine next steps. I was shocked and visibly distressed at the suggestion of hearing aids, however Fay continued setting up a trial pair, downloading the app, and explaining their use despite me being visibly upset.
