I received a friendly and helpful greeting when I entered. The young lady who took primary care of me was very helpful and compassionate about my situation. Although I still don't know how my dental issues are going to work out, the dentist was very good and gave me excellent feedback. The lady who took care of my VR issues and completed my visit was very helpful and made me feel that she sincerely cared about my care there. Thank you!

did I hit the right star? anyway the services was EXCELLENT AND QUICK AND THE OFFICE WAS CLEAN AND SMELL GOOD AND THE WORKERS WAS KIND AND ABOUT BUSSINESS.
Extremely pleasant experience. The staff are amazing. I had two fillings. I was never unconfortable or in pain during and after the procedure. They took their time with me, which makes the experience more personal. Instead of feeling as though you were another number, you felt appreciated. I love them and have no intentions of going anywhere else. They are amazing!
From the moment you enter the office. The staff utilize their professionalism. They are very caring and polite towards your children. They not only explain everything to the parents. They take the time to explain it to the child. Which makes them feel more comfortable. Thanks so much for your patronage and hospitality.
Deana, dental hygienist, (hope I spelled her name correctly) was super! She is a precious asset to the Gastonia office. She is caring and asks just the right questions for dental hygiene. :) My only disappoint today was the change in music. I have truly enjoyed the Christian music that plays through the speakers when I am in for a cleaning or to see the dentist. It has an extremely calming affect, but it was not playing today.
The service and care provided was exceptional. Everyone form the front desk to the Dr. were very courteous and professional. They took a genuine interest in my comfort and care, answered all my questions and explained my treatment to my satisfaction.
My hygenist was very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth and listening to the issues i have been having.
