Dr. Peters is great. He listens. He cares. His treatments are spot on. His front office staff, not so much. A promised 72 hour return for an appointment didn't happen for a week. Staff follow-up was lousy. He has an updated website but unfortunately someone sold him on the need for a separate patient portal while most MDs use MyChart which really works. Horrid. Final worst part was made a telehealth appointment, they did not keep it and I sat next to phone for 45 minutes, called them, they were out to lunch, called again and were told no telehealth and blamed me for not showing up and sent huge "fine". They should pay me for the hour and a half I wasted waiting and then trying to connect with them. Appointment was to go over various tests, simple review, had two office visits with long drive, so no need to repeat.

For five days I tried to get through to his office. It was an automated get in a kind and then leave a message, No returned calls. He recently sold his practice so that ay be part of the problem

Staff was friendly and helpful. Met with Dr. Peters promptly after arriving on time. Left with a diagnosis and medication that has helped me.

Three years I have been struggling with migraines and the side effects from migraines. I have even taken the injections for migraines (neither worked)! Yes, Dr. Peters does listen the the beginning. After, three years he still doesn’t have an answer for me. My situation is no different than an NFL player. Everyone heals differently!! Dr. Jon Peters is one of the best doctors that I have ever had in my 60 plus years. He listens carefully and thoughtfully responds to my questions. If he does not have an answer for me then he points me to the surgeon for answers. He encourages me not to be afraid to take control of my healthcare. What I like most about Dr. Peters is his open dialog.

This practice has very accomplished doctors who consistently provide outstanding care. I really appreciate the relaxed manner of my appointments. They are never rushed. Like many folks, I have a chronic condition that is difficult to treat and has evolved over time. Thankfully, the docs in this practice are tireless in finding the best treatment regimen for me. My husband and I had a great first visit with Dr. Peters. We felt that he listened to us and was willing to help and not just rush us through. His staff was very kind and made us feel welcomed.
