Dr. Peters is a terrific doctor. He's very knowledgeable and experienced in his field and provides excellent treatment and advice. He listens carefully and answered all my questions. I'm very impressed with him and glad I found him. He's easy going, laid back, somewhat reserved and easy to talk to. Great doctor!
Dr. Peters is an excellent Neurologist who treated me for six years during the time I lived in Reston, VA. He is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor, who taught me a lot about my epilepsy. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Peters is fine. The receptionist (blonde haired lady) was very rude over the phone. She was unprofessional and gave curt answers to pressing questions. She even hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question on behalf of my elderly father. The other receptionist I spoke to was nice, but the blonde haired receptionist soured the entire experience. If Sunday night/Monday morning was a person, it would be that blonde-haired receptionist at the window in Dr. Peters' office.
Right from the first visit I had a terrible experience. The receptionist was unsmiling and rude. Simple question as where do I sign in was met with an attitude. Dr Peters never prepped me for the tests that he wanted to have performed. I went through the tests and he took less than 15 minutes to explain the results. The staff refused to fax the results to my Primary Care Physician who recommended me to him. The whole experience was terrible. I do not recommend going to him.
Dr. Peters is a great neurologist. I would recommend him for the care he provides in this specialty. Unfortunately, the office staff at Neuroscience Consultants is extremely unprofessional and rude. They often lose prescription refill requests and are terrible about answering the phones. I've decided to look for a new neurologist because of the amount of time I have to spend trying to get new prescriptions written (requires with controlled substances) and scheduling/ rescheduling appts.
