My husband was discharged back in February with insurance issues and looking back, I am glad he was because he still, to this very day, talks about how poorly the staff treated him. He said "they told me I was stupid, told me to shutup and nobody cared about me when I tried to call you". I have called this place for over a week with a brain injury patient with an urgent need to be seen. No one has answered the phone at all and they do not return messages. If you have a brain injury, care about yourself enough to stay away from places like this. To these providers-you should be ashamed of yourselves for not returning calls from patients or other providers. I live here and this place is not what they say it is I am a participant in the program and they say one thing online but this place is something entirely different from what they say they are. They support some of their staff yes but when it comes to the participants they will always agree with the staff and never even take the participants view or opinion of what happened they think just because we have brain injuries we don’t tell them the truth. Absolutely horrible company. I was at one of their "containment centers" and even if the most sane man had lived through what I did would they not be sane. You have been warned. Do not put your loved ones in this place.
