My husband was discharged back in February with insurance issues and looking back, I am glad he was because he still, to this very day, talks about how poorly the staff treated him. He said "they told me I was stupid, told me to shutup and nobody cared about me when I tried to call you". I have called this place for over a week with a brain injury patient with an urgent need to be seen. No one has answered the phone at all and they do not return messages. If you have a brain injury, care about yourself enough to stay away from places like this. To these providers-you should be ashamed of yourselves for not returning calls from patients or other providers. It may just be a job to you but you need to find another occupation in a field that doesn’t involve caring for people or animals because not returning call... read more
