It was a nice place to go to, but my assessment of ADHD was dismissed as being symptoms of my depression and anxiety. That which I am currently being treated for, and have been treated for years. I informed them about this before the assessment and after the feedback. Yet, I was instructed to seek further help with my depression and anxiety and come back in a year to do a reassessment. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this feedback.
Well I finally did it. Took 20 plus years but I went and got tested for what I knew was true my whole life. I have debilitating adhd. This place confirmed it. It was hard to finally get the courage to go but my therapist lead me here. I showed up. Took the test and scored really high in the 98th percentile on some parts but as soon as they added in things that make it difficult for people with adhd it flipped and I went straight to the bottom. I found this to be one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve had. It took months for them to call and schedule an appointment. Within the report the doctor states several times I had a medical condition which I do not have. I’m not sure how you can trust an evaluation when it’s quite obvious that they weren’t listening to you.
