If you miss appointments you will be terminated as a patient WITH ZERO WARNING. In the last 5 years I’ve been transferred to 7 different providers due to providers leaving the practice (Christina Nunn, Glenna Smith, Shelby Mills, Lauren Cranfield, Kelsey Crider, Kathy Bryant, and Mariano Piedra). They can’t keep providers consistent but require patients to still show up consistently. How ironic that a business supporting patients with mental health issues requires consistency from the patients but not from its own staff. Man... read more
