I have been going to a provider at Neuropsychiatric Associates of Illinois for several years now and they have always been incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine in their interactions with me no matter who I've spoken to or worked with. I am truly grateful to be seen by them, and even when I moved out of state temporarily I knew that I would be back- and sure enough I did come back! They are a great resource.

Sought out assistance from Neuropsychiatric Associates seeking support for mental health needs. Unfortunately, the experience with them was nothing short of deeply disheartening and unprofessional. Was met with rudeness and indifference from the staff. The receptionists were cold and dismissive.
