NeuroMed is a lifesaver! I had 7 months of trying to manage my symptoms on my own, but was very panicky and stressed. The team at NeuroMed has the science behind what makes our brains perceive tinnitus as a threat and have the multi-modal approach necessary to combat that. Stay clear of this program. John is a very effective salesman. He speaks fluently about neuroscience, makes you feel understood, and presents the program as a sophisticated, highly supportive, and effective treatment for a very difficult issue. Once I enrolled, however, John largely disappeared and I was passed to my “care team”: a functional medicine coach (who was ill-equipped to handle anything except sleep and diet questions and told me repeatedly she was not a therapist when it came to asking for help with emotional reg... read more

NeuroMed exceeded all my expectations. Despite my early hesitation, much of which was brought on by my woeful ignorance of tinnitus (and simultaneous distress caused by it), the wonderful staff completely won me over with their excellent care. I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe how grateful I am to them. Even when I had to leave the program slightly early due to an unrelated leg injury, they were incredibly supportive and accommodating. Their integrity and customer service are unmatched!

I signed up for their tinnitus course. They had me order supplements to take orally. I had constant knots in my stomach for three full days, since taking them for two days. Hopefully all the knots will go away tomorrow and I will be able to eat again. I quit their course and received a refund which is minus a fee of $1350.00 If their course does not work for you, remember you will not be getting your money back. $1350.00 is a lot to pay to have constant knots in your stomach for three days, and not be able to eat.
