I bought one for an office in 2018 and it broke within six months. The company would not replace it. They wanted me to mail in the broken piece of equipment and pay to have it fixed. I requested a temporary replacement device, so I could continue to treat my patients who needed a low force adjustments. They refused and recommended that I buy a brand new impulse while I was waiting for my broken impulse to get fixed. The device is fine but this company partners with a very shady financing company (Navitas) that adds on a lot of hidden charges constantly and no one does anything about it. Beware. The device is not worth the nightmare that has been working with them. I wish I would have gone with their competitor and paid outright, which is what I will do in the future.

I used the impulse adjusting instruments from 2010 through Feb2024. So 14 years of use. I have bought at least 10-15 instruments over the years. And turned 5 Chiros on to using them. I have 2 offices. Why have I bought so many instruments? Well, because they break pretty easily it seems. I have seen it all. I had to have 2 per office because they overheat so easily. They have never had an on off button, which is crazy, so you have to shut them off with a remote at the outlet. 2k per instrument, no on off button. Haha. I got ... read more
