Lily was kind, thoughtful and an amazing ear when I was having difficulties with work and life. I really liked her approach to art therapy, which involved some meditation and music first, before I was asked to draw whatever came to mind from my meditation. I never felt like I was on a timer, some of our sessions even went a bit beyond our 50 minutes until they came to their natural conclusion, and she was always super understanding and flexible whenever I needed to switch an appointment.
