I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

This doctor is horrible. He says he is in network with your insurance and then sends you a huge bill. Then when you call the office the staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Do NOT go to Dr. Vinod Kapoor, you will regret it. If you still decide to go make sure you get a receipt for your co-pay because later they will claim you didn’t pay that amount! Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. You have been warned, they are just there for your money not to help you. Very Sad.
