This place was horrible from day one. The lady at the front desk and the office manager are both unprofessional and rude. I was new to town and didn't know where to go. Listen to the reviews and stay far from this office. All they care about is money and not your well being. Office would be better if they got rid of the staff!
I agree with other reviews. I’m no longer a patient there bc my doc no longer takes my insurance but the receptionist are very rude. I spoke with my doctor at the time about it and he didn’t seem concerned. And obviously they aren’t concerned bc the secretaries are still there.
Unethical and unprofessional staff. Fire the secretaries; they have no business working with the public.
