Great doctor, but the staff doesn't take the time to get insurance approval. They just leave you hanging, never call, never follow up. Never got a denial or approval from insurance so I know it wasn't filed. Had to find another doctor because of it.

Dr Li helped me so much with my migraine headaches. He is very kind and listens to you. I went in wanting another treatment and he talked me out of it. He recommendedi something else and it worked!!! I could not be more pleased:)

I recently had a scary thing happen when I passed out at the Pulmonologists office. I was referred to Dr. Li and was thoroughly impressed. He knows his stuff. He put me at ease right away and went over all sorts of info with me. I feel confident in his care I would refer a friend to him without hesitation

Another dissatisfied patient! My doctor referred me to Dr Li for an appointment. I was informed that his staff would be contacting me for an appointment. I let my doctor know a couple of days later that I still hadn't heard from them. My doctor called Dr Li's office and they had received my information and would be contacted me that day. Two days later - I still haven't heard from them!!!!

I recommend Dr. Li for anyone in need of a good neurologist in Port Charlotte! His staff was very professional and the office was in good order. My wait time was minimal, which is very helpful since I own a medical practice myself. He spent as much time with me as I needed and I did not feel rushed at all. He answered all of my questions with very clear and understandable answers. I highly recommend him! Nancy

I am writing this to say I haven't seen the doctor thanks to his lousy staff! I faxed over records as required and staff was to call which they never did. I followed up with a call several days later only to be told they do not have it even though I have confirmation fax went through. LOUSY OFFICE HELP!! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!! Number of office visits was with another doctor whom is now deceased and office also asked for referral which is quite impossible with doctor deceased!
